Billy - Billy is a geek and the proud owner of an albino worm collection.
Brainy - A geeky and asthmatic kid, Brainy has a crush on Helga and often follows her around when she is in her poetic state. Having heard her poetry, Brainy is one of the few characters to know Helga's real self. Unfortunately, his telltale wheezing gives him away, and Helga punches him whenever she catches him listening to her soliloquize.
Curly - The resident nutcase of PS 118, Curly is completely paranoid and crazy. He has pulled several off-the-wall stunts, trying to get Eugene expelled when Eugene chewed on his favorite pencil and barricading himself in the principal's office when he doesn't get to be ball monitor. He also considers himself something of a ladies' man, and has made passes at Rhonda in particular; however, girls just consider him gross.
Eugene - Eugene is a jinx, and can't go very far without hurting himself in some way. Eugene's most notable character trait is his optimism; no matter how many situations he gets himself into, he always trusts that things will turn out alright. Despite his clumsiness, he is interested in dance, and would like to become a choreographer some day.

She is considered the prettiest and most feminine girl in school, and many of the boys, including Arnold, like her. To Helga's frustration, Arnold has tried to get Lila to "like-like" him, and Lila hasn't helped matters by sending out mixed signals. Lila also knows Helga's secret, and forced Helga to confess when she wanted Lila to step down as Juliet in School Play.
Lorenzo - Lorenzo is new to PS 118. A rich kid who transferred from private school, Lorenzo has never learned how to have a good time before he met Arnold and his friends.
Nadine - Nadine loves nature and bugs; she owns a pet tarantula and is sometimes seen looking for bugs with a butterfly net in her hands. She is Rhonda's best friend, and often hangs around with her, though that friendship was sorely tested when Rhonda and Nadine had problems agreeing on a subject for their class project.

Along with Lorenzo and Rhonda, he is one of the school's wealthy kids, and his parents are in the same social circle as Rhonda's.
Rhonda - The self-declared 'fashion expert' of the fourth grade, Rhonda is wealthy and a bit of a snob towards those she thinks are not as cool as she is. However, Rhonda is not as cool as she thinks she is, and her own "cool" status has sometimes been tested. Rhonda has been Nadine's best friend for a long time, and is also an expert at throwing parties.
Robert - Robert is another kid in Arnold's class. He is a background character with blonde hair and glasses. - Scott

Stinky - Like Lila, Stinky is originally from the country, and has the Southern drawl to prove it. His unsophisticated background sometimes makes him feel like he isn't as talented as the other kids, and he tried to find a special calling as a Yahoo soda spokeskid (Until he found out that he was a joke) and a pumpkin-grower.
Torvald - Torvald has been held back in the fourth grade for a few years and is the subject of derision for many students. Torvald's mother doesn't set very high expectations for her son; his C's are proudly placed on the refrigerator.
