I'm going to a dance on Saturday with the most popular guy at school, but I just simply don't know what color dress to have, red or green? My best friend says green, but just between you and me she's not exactly Miss Fashionable. What color would you suggest?

Well, I admit I was a bit confused at first, but then I remembered what a great actress she is. I remember when she had to kiss me in Romeo and Juliet that one time. I was fooled for a moment myself, and even asked her about it later. Of course, she set me straight. I have to admire her for going through with it, though; I'm sure I was the last person she'd want to kiss. But she did a very good job as Juliet despite the fact that she had so little notice that she would have to play the part. I'm amazed that she was able to pull it off.

Hey, I'm really sorry Helga's so mean to you. But you know why she's doing it, right? It's because Arnold swoons over you. She wouldn't hate you NEAR as much, if he didn't. I think that you should try to push him away more. I know you try, but he just can't get it through his THICK FOOTBALL-HEADED SKULL!!! Sorry, little bit of a Helga moment. Anyway, don't be mean to him, just tell him that he should really reconsider. I mean, you have no idea what Helga has gone through to get this guy. She really deserves the chance.
P.S. You should look around the class for other people that would be good for you. Like, how about Stin...(*slaps herself again*) If Arnold saw you liking another guy, (I mean, besides Arnie. Don't EVEN get me started there) he might back off and open his eyes to *cough* Helga *cough*.

Oh, dear. I'm ever so sorry. I have done as much as I can to get Arnold not to like-like me, but I'm afraid it doesn't seem to work. Even when I found someone who seemed to be my oh so special someone, he still tried to get me to like-like him. It is quite a sticky situation. I do hope ever so much that Helga finds the courage to tell Arnold how she feels, though. It would be oh so cute!

From what I heard, your parents barely notice you. Why don't you talk it out with your parents? If you try talking with Big Bob, maybe it could work, but if he is watching TV and ignores you, you can unplug the TV. If your parents don't listen to you, then maybe you could talk to someone like Mr. Simmons or Phoebe.

Why don't you mind your own beeswax? It wouldn't work anyway. I've tried to talk to Big Bob, but he's not exactly the most receptive dad around. After a while, it's easier just to let it be and get on with your life. And I somehow think that Miriam would be too busy drinking her smoothies to listen. And somehow I doubt that Granola Boy would be able to help; he'd probably just say some nonsense about how my family is 'special' and everything. I can talk to Phoebe, but there's not all that much she can do either.
